What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Material Runner position at Seaberg Construction Inc?

Looking for a trustworthy, motivated, upbeat individual to represent our brand and company core values.
Duties:
- Assist in managing roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck projects.
- Help/support with project tasks.
- Report directly and follow direction of Project Manager.
- Follow up on project tasks.
- Update project status/notes in CRM Jobnimbus app.
- Ability to use Google Calendar.
- Help with project communication.
- Check material on-site for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck projects.
- Work with subcontractors to meet material and project needs.
- Interact with homeowners as face of company.
- Responsible for project close out and clean up.
- Follow and maintain professional appearance and safety while operating company truck and towing trailer to and from job sites.
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 80 lbs.
- Maintain shop and inventory.
- Ability to drive trucks requiring DOT medical card (non-CDL).
Bilingual is a plus!
