What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at Sea Gear Uniforms?
We are looking for an integral person to help manage the production of client orders. This includes purchasing goods, receiving goods, managing the production calendar, and shipping orders out. You will be working in a team with sales staff and our branding/production staff. The position requires good communication and organizational skills. Sea Gear provides uniforms and supplies to the marine industry. We have great clients from around the world. It’s a fun, fast past program. There are lots of growth opportunities in areas that a candidate might like to get more involved.
This could be a part-time or full-time job depending on skills, experience and fit.
List of Responsibilities:
1. Track Orders and the Calendar for due dates
2. Ordering Garments and goods, and order branding
3. Input orders into QuickBooks
4. Communications with Vendors & Clients
5. Manage Receiving & Shipping of Orders
6. Office & General Organization
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Benefits: End of Year Bonus
Pay is hourly $18 - $30 depending on skills.
