Assembler / Production Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
About the Role
We are looking for an Assembler/Production Associate. This is a hands-on production role focused on assembling small, precision components while maintaining high quality standards in a clean and detail-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate has previous production or manufacturing experience, excellent hand dexterity, and the patience to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks. Candidates who have experience working with small parts, jewelry, painting, or other detail-focused assembly work are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Assemble small components using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Perform precision hand gluing using fine-tip needles and adhesives
- Work under a magnifying glass or microscope to complete detailed assembly work
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
- Follow all company safety and manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
- Experience performing detailed work using a magnifying glass or similar equipment
- Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills
- Experience with precision hand gluing or other small-part assembly is preferred
- Ability to perform quality inspections with a high attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Jewelry assembly or repair experience
- Nail technician or fine-detail painting experience
- Small electronics, medical device, or precision manufacturing experience
- Experience working with microscopes or magnification equipment
- Previous experience in quality inspection or quality control
Pay: $18.00 per hour
