Embroidery & Print Production Operator

We are looking to add an embroiderer and sublimation printer to our team.

You will be part of a team, finding best practices for branding garments. Creativity and problem-solving skills are used. The candidate should be a well-organized, a responsible individual, able to manage jobs and have an eye for detail and style. The position is responsible for hooping garments, pulling the correct files, sewing out the artwork, managing files and colors for each client, and cleaning, oiling and maintaining the machines.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Program embroidery machine for correct logo and placement.

· Thread embroidery machine for each new order and design.

· Hoop products to prepare for embroidery.

· Ensure quality standards are met with each product.

· Re-packing and checking correct order is processed.

· Maintain the embroidery machines, which includes applying oil and cleaning the machines on a daily basis.

· Maintain a clean and safe working area.

· Confirm client artwork and colors. Printing on large scale sublimation printer.

· Manage print processing of garments.

Qualifications:

· Strong Sewing Skills & Understanding the Maintenance of Sewing Machines.

· Understanding of production and managing time.

· Must be organized and responsible.

· Must have great communication skills.

· Must have a strong attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask.

· Ability to work well independently and stay on task.

· Proficiency with computers.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Benefits: End of Year Bonus

Hourly pay works out to be between $52,000 - $72,800 annually depending on skill and production level.
