SDL Search Partners is looking to add a motivated & entrepreneurial Recruiting Manager to the team!
This role is designed as a full-desk Recruiting Manager, focused on Finance & Accounting recruitment, for clients across a variety of industries, mostly throughout the New England area. Ideal candidates should have a foundation in either recruitment, or finance / accounting, and an interest in developing out a book of business, while also being a key member of a recruitment delivery team for a diverse & prestigious existing client base.

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and build relationships with candidates
- Build and maintain active pipeline, keeping team aware of progress / changes / level of urgency
- Collaborate across the entire team, matching candidates to other team members current open requisitions
- Write & manage the posting and refreshing of Job Requisitions via the available job boards
- Conduct reference checks as needed for key roles
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
- Provide creative, out of the box solutions to recruitment barriers, such as compensation misalignment, job level discussions and setting expectations for the market
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates to determine alignment of capabilities to job requirement
- Engage recruiting team to fill requisitions, serving as a knowledgeable resource on any client openings
- Keep hiring managers and other key leaders informed about status of progress, challenges, etc.
- Provide white-glove service to both clients and candidates, i.e. act as key point of contact, ensure timely follow up, etc.
- Build and submit candidate submittals for clients, ensuring quality and recognizing specific client needs
- Key partner in negotiating offers, including offer letter generation and approvals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, or other relevant field
- 1-5 years of Contract / Temp, Direct-Hire, full-desk, recruiting or sales experience
- Foundation in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset / interest in growing with the organization
