Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Cloud & AI Solutions to design and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions powered by modern cloud platforms and artificial intelligence.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, and AI/LLM integration, with a focus on delivery ownership and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and design practical technical solutions.
• Architect and guide development teams in building scalable microservices-based applications.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop backend services using C# / .NET Core and Python.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution workshops.

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Experience

• 12 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core and backend system development.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and AI integration.
• Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including:
• Application hosting and container platforms
• Kubernetes-based deployments
• Storage and messaging services
• CI/CD pipeline automation

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
• Knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Exposure to agent-based AI systems or AI orchestration is highly desirable.

Frontend & Integration

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Understanding of modern SPA application architecture.

Soft Skills

• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented and strategic thinking mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Leadership ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.

Salary : $65 - $70
