Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch two 15-minute breaks
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support a commercial interior demolition and office remodeling project in Bloomfield Hills. This position involves working inside a construction site, assisting with demolition cleanup and maintaining a safe, organized work environment throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleanup duties during and after demolition activities
- Remove debris, trash, and construction materials from work areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of the job site
- Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensure work areas remain organized and hazard-free
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Strong work ethic and reliability—must show up on time and ready to work
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working indoors on an active construction site
- Must be able to work the full scheduled shift consistently
