Location: Boston (Hybrid working from Boston office)
Salary: Circa $70k -$95k OTE
The Role
We are seeking 2x BDR's to join an early stage AI Security Start-up. You will be the founding members, helping Enterprise AE's to generate new customer meetings through outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and other preferable methods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Craft personalized messaging that resonates with security and technical buyers
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly meeting targets
- Partner closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Contribute to messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy as we scale
Who You Are
- 6 months of BDR/SDR experience in a Cyber Security environment, preferably at a start-up
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound meeting quotas
- Strong cold calling and written communication skills
- High level of activity, organization, and resilience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow into a closing role
Nice to have:
- Experience in cybersecurity or technical products
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
