Position Overview:
The experienced RV Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall satisfaction of our customers' recreational vehicles. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components with a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Working closely with the Service Advisor, Warranty, and Parts teams, the RV Technician ensures all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to provide an exceptional service experience to every SR1 customer.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, roofs, and more.
- Perform both warranty and customer-pay repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure all units meet SR1's quality standards.
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with the Service Advisor and Warranty team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an RV Technician or in a related mechanical/maintenance field (automotive, marine, construction, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with RV systems and components (training or certification a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a day off during the week
- Saturday 8am - 3pm
