What You'll Do

• Perform exceptional manicures and pedicures with an emphasis on natural nail health.
• Deliver expert nail enhancement services with precision and artistry.
• Customize every service to each guest's individual needs and lifestyle.
• Create a relaxing, luxurious experience from consultation through checkout.
• Recommend professional home care products and additional salon services when appropriate.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with New York State regulations.
• Keep your workspace beautifully organized and guest-ready at all times.
• Maintain accurate guest records and service notes.
• Collaborate with service providers, concierge, and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the salon.
• Participate in team meetings, advanced education, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Nail Specialty or Cosmetology License.
• Experience performing manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement services in a professional salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and natural nail care.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
