What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional shampoo and blow-dry services.
- Collaborate with our colorists to create seamless guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide elevated, personalized service.
- Recommend salon services and professional home-care products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready salon environment.
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily salon operations.
- Serve refreshments and provide thoughtful chair-side hospitality.
- Maintain accurate guest records and uphold all sanitation standards.
- Participate in team meetings, education, and ongoing professional development.
