We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects throughout the Denver metro area. This role will oversee both ground-up construction and renovation/tenant improvement work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays or conflicts
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
- Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, staging, and equipment coordination
- Maintain daily reports, site logs, and progress documentation
- Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project updates
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience with both ground-up and renovation/tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
