Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects on-site from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and data entry into Buildertrend software
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Bilingual is a plus
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction workers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
