We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, subcontractor bidding, and procurement
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with superintendents, architects, engineers, owners, and consultants
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-control strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects (office, retail, multifamily, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project financials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
