Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing various operational tasks including but not limited to documentation, data entry, presentation creation, equipment support, etc.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of company events, including community service efforts.
- Assist in creating and distributing event materials and communications.
- Provide onsite support during events including photography.
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating with vendors for marketing and operational needs.
- Research and write content for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in customer gifting process & company awards administration.
- Maintain and organize catalog of digital images.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, communication enhancements, and innovative event concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Available to work a full 3 days in office at our Fort Myers Headquarters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Canva, Photography, and Social Media platforms.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for marketing, logistics, and event coordination, with a desire to contribute creatively to the team's success.
- Prior experience in operations, marketing, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
