Our division is a leading facilities maintenance provider specializing in professional janitorial services. We proudly serve clients through Orange County in addition to Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties. We take pride in delivering exceptional service, reliable support, and a clean, safe environment for our clients. We are looking for a Facilities Support Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting daily operations and field activities. This position is not eligible for remote work and requires attendance for scheduled shifts at the office located in Irvine, CA.
Position Overview
The Facilities Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between our Operations team, Account Managers, and field staff. This role is responsible for coordinating supply and equipment logistics, providing field support, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position is both in-office and out in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and track supply orders for all client accounts (consumables).
- Place and manage operations orders, including chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain and track inventory of supplies and employee uniforms.
- Sort and organize supplies, chemicals, and equipment for distribution by the Operations team.
- Assist with coordinating employee coverage as needed, supporting Operations in finding replacement staff when call-outs occur.
- Serve as a liaison between Account Managers and Operations, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct field work (2–3 days per week), working directly with day porters to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel and drive to client sites across five counties when needed.
