Duties
- Scoop and serve ice cream and other frozen desserts efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Operate POS system to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and dining areas by cleaning utensils, equipment, and surfaces regularly
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Assist with maintaining a tidy environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Work well with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
