Background Requirements
• 10 years of semiconductor planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience
• Strong expertise in wafer fab capacity planning, foundry management, and sourcing strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams across fabs, foundries, and operations
• Executive-level communication and strategic decision-making skills
• Mandarin language ability is a strong plus
Job Responsibilities
• Lead global wafer loading plans across internal fabs and external foundry partners
• Drive wafer capacity planning, entitlement management, and sourcing strategy
• Develop long-term wafer supply strategies aligned with business forecasts and growth plans
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Assembly & Test, Finance, and Demand Planning teams
• Lead mitigation strategies for supply disruptions, shortages, and technology transitions
• Provide executive-level reporting on wafer supply outlook, utilization, risk, and cost performance
• Build scalable planning processes, analytics, and governance structures
• Lead and develop the global wafer planning organization
