• Lead and mentor a regional sales team while developing strategic sales initiatives within industrial and automation-focused markets
• Manage distributor relationships and support expansion into new markets
• Travel throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico for customer visits, trade shows, and regional meetings
• Collaborate with manufacturing operations, engineering, and global leadership teams
