Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
• Proven success in territory sales, business development, and account growth
• Experience working with distributors and end users

Job Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and exceed revenue/profit targets within assigned territory
• Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan
• Identify and win new business while expanding existing customer relationships
• Work closely with distributors and end users to deliver productivity and efficiency solutions
• Conduct site visits, audits, and product demonstrations to support customer success
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide forecasting/reporting to leadership
• Spend significant time in the field engaging directly with customers (~60% travel)
