Regional Sales Manager (Northeast U.S.)
Location: Northeast U.S. (Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, or surrounding areas) | Remote with ~50% travel

The Opportunity
You will lead a geographically dispersed team of sales professionals, guiding regional strategy and execution across a multi-state territory. Success in this role will come from your ability to coach and elevate talent, strengthen distribution channel relationships, and align team activity with broader commercial objectives.
While exposure to industrial products is helpful, deep product expertise is far less important than leadership capability, channel experience, and commercial acumen.

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals
• Drive strategic growth through distribution channel partnerships and key account development
• Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance management rhythms

• Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Must reside within the Northeast region and be willing to travel (~50%)
