A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its high-volume manufacturing operation.

What You'll Do
• Lead a team of maintenance mechanics, MRO personnel, and facility staff to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and coordinate repairs to keep production running efficiently.
• Supervise electrical and mechanical repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely and effectively.
• Oversee contractor activities, fleet vehicles, and facility support functions.
• Promote a strong safety culture, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to identify root causes, solve problems, and implement continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (Tier 1 automotive preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop skilled trades teams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
