Background Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS and/or ISO management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience leading internal, external, and certification audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to support multiple manufacturing facilities.
• ISO Lead Auditor, CSP, ASP, OSHA 30, or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while leading surveillance and recertification audits.
• Develop, implement, and manage company-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while maintaining all required documentation and reporting.
• Conduct internal audits, safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Develop and deliver ISO, safety, and regulatory compliance training programs.
• Monitor KPIs and present quality, environmental, and safety performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Partner with operations, engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the company's primary resource for ISO management systems, EHS compliance, and regulatory agencies.
