Clinical/Commercial Supply Chain Sr. Manager

SciPro is working with a clinical stage biotech company developing off the shelf, anti-tumor immunotherapies. This biotech is looking for a Sr. Manager, Clinical/Commercial Supply Chain to join their team on a contract basis through the end of the year.

They are looking for a motivated, self-driven Supply Chain manager with clinical and commercial experience. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply of Clinical Trial Materials across clinical development as well as commercial operations in the future.

This role is required to be onsite 3 days/week in Needham, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical and Commercial Supply activities for ongoing and new clinical trials - ensuring on-time delivery, demand forecasting, trial monitoring, resupply planning, IRT system set up, and distribution
• lead packaging and labeling campaigns including timeline management, doc review/approval
• manage CDMO relationships and provide comprehensive oversite for clinical and commercial supply chain activities
• ensure supply of clinical trial materials for studies across US and ex-US sites
• drive timelines for bulk manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and final release to meet forecasted demand
• develop, maintain, and present supply chain dashboards to senior leadership
• NOTE: must be able to lift 80-100 lbs

Qualifications:

• Bachelors and 8 years of experience in supply chain planning within biotech/pharma
• project management, communication, and organizational skills
• experience managing contract packaging and labeling vendors
• knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical and commercial supply chain
• solid understanding of GxP across global transportation regulations
• experience working with QPs, IRT systems, depots, and CTM distribution
• Nice to have: PMP Cert; experience with cold-chain logistics
