- Identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively recommend solutions
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal systems and procedures
- Experience with utilization review and/or authorizations in a behavioral or mental health setting
- Familiarity working with commercial insurance payers and navigating payer portals
- Exposure to multiple levels of care (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, IOP, detox)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with evolving processes
