- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with a team of top-tier litigators and support staff
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 3 years of experience in trust and estate litigation required.
