Senior Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Project Manager for a residential construction client. This is a full-time, onsite role with projects throughout Fairfield County.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end, ground-up custom residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a client-facing, executive-level role requiring strong ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and permitting processes in luxury municipalities. The ideal candidate brings a white-glove service mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead ground-up custom luxury residential construction projects from planning through final delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects
• Navigate local permitting, inspections, and regulatory processes in high-end municipalities
• Serve as primary client-facing contact, maintaining strong communication and white-glove service standards
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and design partners to ensure alignment and execution
• Identify cost efficiencies, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience managing ground-up custom luxury residential construction projects
• Proven success overseeing project budgets, timelines, subcontractor coordination, and inspections
• Familiarity with local permitting processes within high-end residential markets
• Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Excel
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to remain calm, detail-oriented, and accountable under pressure
  
  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Base salary range: $140,000 – $170,000
• Performance bonus tied to profitability, timelines, and client satisfaction
