- Develop internal software tools for asset management, inventory visualization, digital twins, deployment automation, and operational dashboards.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to support infrastructure scalability and accelerate data center build-out efforts.
- Uphold strong engineering standards by participating in design reviews, mentoring peers, and promoting high-quality architectural practices.
- Drive build-versus-buy assessments and collaborate with product teams to recommend effective tooling solutions.
- Align with cross-functional partners to ensure internal systems meet operational and growth requirements.
- Design resilient, fault-tolerant systems that perform reliably across distributed environments.
- Champion modern development workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code to strengthen engineering efficiency.
- 5 years experience coding in languages such as Go, Rust, Java, C , or similar.
- Background working with distributed or scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as NetBox, for multi datacenter network management.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab or CircleCI)
- Comfort working with Unix/Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, and infrastructure-related programming.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, or multithreading concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
