Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Area Director – for a mission-driven national nonprofit partner focused on mental health and community empowerment. This full-time position is remote but requires residence in Connecticut with local travel for events and community engagement.

PERKS:
This full-time role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous paid time off plan (22 days in the first year, plus 5 additional days in the second year), 11 paid holidays, a Company-Sponsored Medical Employee Reimbursement Plan (MERP), and a 10% employer retirement contribution after two years of employment.
