- Champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and innovation across the product team and broader organization
- 4 years in product management delivering measurable business outcomes, with hands-on experience building AI-driven products in early-stage environments
- Proven track record scaling startups from Seed to Series A
- Strong technical fluency with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or similar)
- Ability to synthesize data, user insights, and business goals into practical, scalable product solutions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with deep empathy and passion for products that create meaningful human impact
