Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative healthcare initiative focused on delivering compassionate, whole-person primary care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Advanced Practice Provider will play a foundational role in shaping patient-centered clinical services that integrate preventive care, wellness, and community-informed approaches. PERKS
This is a renewable 24-month contract position offering a competitive salary range of $125,000–$145,000, based on experience. The organization provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees at 100%, with dependent coverage supported at 80%. Additional benefits include five weeks of paid time off annually, paid sick leave, organizational holidays, a $1,000 annual continuing education stipend, and a 2% employer retirement contribution. A three-year commitment may include up to $5,000 in signing bonus or relocation assistance.
