Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Temp-to-Hire) for a respected boutique law firm. This is a hybrid role based in Paoli, Pennsylvania (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

- Draft and organize legal documents related to estate planning and probate
- Utilize Lackner software and other tools for case management and document preparation
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Maintain organized, audit-ready files while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Experience supporting Trusts & Estates or estate administration matters
- Knowledge of estate and gift tax filings and related documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Lackner software strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care
