- Manage patient check-in and check-out, including accurate appointment scheduling and billing support.
- Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries or routing them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality standards while managing EHR documentation.
- Utilize EHR systems such as JaneApp to update, process, and manage patient information.
- Support insurance verification, co-pay collection, and general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Experience in medical reception, patient services, or office administration in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, warm patient interaction style, and polished phone etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with EHR systems; experience with JaneApp or similar platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-10 coding is a plus.
