- Prepare, format, edit, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Review and proof documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Utilize and troubleshoot document management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide additional case and administrative support as needed.
- Proven experience in legal document preparation and word processing within a law firm environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
