The JR Project Manager supports the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from inception through closeout. This role plays a key part in maintaining project documentation, coordinating with estimating and field teams, and ensuring accurate, timely project communication. Project Engineers are highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who represent the organization with professionalism across job sites, offices, and client interactions.

- Maintain project records throughout all phases of construction
- Assemble, track, and distribute submittals, O&Ms, RFIs, change orders, ASIs, and drawing logs
- Monitor daily reports and follow up to ensure RFIs are priced and responded to in a timely manner
- Support estimating efforts by counting fixtures, obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotes, and assisting with bid preparation
- Maintain and update drawings, incorporating changes and distributing accurate information to field teams
- Support multiple concurrent projects while coordinating with estimators, project managers, and field staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with construction and project documentation software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam is a plus
