Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced IT Support Specialist for our client, a mission-driven nonprofit in Everett! This is a contract position based onsite in Everett, WA.

Ensure seamless technology operations that empower the team to serve clients effectively by being a critical support resource, maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the organizational mission through excellent technology support and collaborative engagement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, tablets, phones, and peripherals.
- Manage support tickets, documenting solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with device deployment, user account management, and system backups/restores.

- High School diploma or GED with at least six months of IT support experience.
