Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for two Temporary Gift Processors for our client, a mission-driven organization supporting impactful community programs. These roles are ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in data entry, finance, or donor gift processing. The positions will work onsite handling large volumes of donation transactions through January, with potential to extend based on organizational needs.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Gift Processor will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s Finance and Development Operations teams by accurately entering, reconciling, and tracking donor contributions. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in managing financial data and donor information across multiple systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process and record donations, including checks, online gifts, and wire transfers, within NeonCRM
- Ensure all gifts are reconciled daily and correspond with Finance records
- Maintain donor data integrity by reviewing, updating, and correcting records as needed
- Generate gift acknowledgment letters and ensure timely donor communications
- Collaborate with the Finance and Development Operations teams on reconciliation reports and audits
- Assist with additional administrative and financial support tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with donor databases (preferably NeonCRM) or CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and basic financial recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing repetitive data tasks
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
- Duration: Through end of January, with potential extension
- Laptop and workspace provided; business casual dress for virtual meetings
