Financial Advisor Assistant - Client Services

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Financial Advisor/Client Services Representative for an established and growing financial organization. This position will begin remotely and later transition to an in-office setting located in Hendersonville, TN.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Services Representative provides high-level administrative and service support to investment advisors and management leadership. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an established financial institution through exceptional customer service, coordination, and operational support. The ideal professional is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors and management leadership
• Manage client service inquiries, appointments, and relationship coordination
• Assist with scheduling, report preparation, and event coordination for educational and marketing activities
• Maintain accurate and compliant client files and records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support processing of new accounts, service requests, and product referrals
• Perform general office administration, including phone support, correspondence, and recordkeeping
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior administrative or client service experience, ideally within a financial or professional services setting
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and compliant records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
• Active Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses and the ability to be bondable through CUSO Financial Services
  
  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a salary range of $53,873–$59,859 annually, dependent on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) participation.
