Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Field Product Support Specialist for a well-established, family-owned agricultural equipment manufacturer. This is a full-time onsite role based in Casselton, North Dakota, with travel required throughout the U.S. and Canada.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Field Product Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting internal sales teams, dealer networks, and customers by providing technical product guidance and hands-on field support. This position partners cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product improvement and training initiatives. The role includes travel to customer sites, dealer locations, and trade shows to deliver training, demonstrations, and product expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical product support to customers, dealers, inside sales teams, and territory managers
- Deliver product training programs for internal teams, dealer networks, and external customers
- Support trade shows, including equipment preparation, demonstrations, and on-site assistance
- Conduct field service visits and assist with prototype evaluations, sharing feedback with engineering
- Collaborate on product improvement initiatives, market analysis, and product documentation
- Support branch operations with occasional warehousing, data entry, and project-based assistance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on familiarity with agricultural equipment, farming operations, or mechanical products
- Experience providing technical, product, or customer support in a related industry
- Strong communication skills with comfort presenting and training in group settings
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license; CDL or willingness to obtain preferred
