The Facility Inpatient Coder will review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, POA, and Discharge Status codes to patient records. - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Support continuous improvement of coding processes and workflows
- Working knowledge of medical coding guidelines and systems
- Experience with facility inpatient coding (DRG, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS)
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and policy compliance issues in coding

- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
