Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a CRM Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing consumer-focused organization driving innovation in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth. This role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility with preference given to candidates able to work onsite occasionally (as little as one day per week) in Edison, New Jersey.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The CRM Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, improve retention, and maximize customer engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and optimize CRM, email, SMS, retention, and lifecycle marketing campaigns designed to increase revenue and customer value
- Build automated workflows, segmentation strategies, customer journeys, reactivation campaigns, and promotional programs
- Manage campaign testing initiatives, database segmentation, reporting processes, and marketing automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, compliance, and outbound marketing infrastructure to maximize effectiveness across channels
- Track key performance metrics and develop reporting dashboards that drive actionable business decisions and optimization opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to improve conversion rates, retention metrics, customer lifetime value, and overall marketing performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience executing CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, retention marketing, SMS marketing, or direct-response marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and customer journey development
- Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, or campaign management tools to drive measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization decisions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary range of approximately $90,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated results
