The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical integrity, compliance, and effectiveness of residential behavioral health programs serving children. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring services align with licensing, accreditation, and best-practice standards. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will play a critical role in shaping treatment outcomes, staff development, and organizational excellence.

- Supervise, mentor, and support managers, clinicians, and direct care staff across multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards, including child welfare and mental health requirements
- Oversee clinical program design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement
- Partner with executive leadership and external agencies to support coordinated, ethical, and effective service delivery
- Support staff training, performance management, and professional development aligned with best practices
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, child development, or a related field
- Active and valid California LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (required)
- Clinical experience within residential and/or child-serving behavioral health settings
- Supervisory experience leading clinical or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and child protection systems
