What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, OSHA, REACH, WHMIS, CA Prop 65, and other standards.
- Lead internal and external audits; implement corrective actions.
- Oversee inspections, data collection, and analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide accurate, approved quality correspondence.
- Collaborate with QC, logistics, production, operations, and sales to integrate quality standards.
- Maintain presence in cleanroom operations to assure quality requirements are followed.
- Manage product retains and ensure documentation is compliant with cGMP and customer expectations.
- Train employees on SOPs, quality procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and deliver quality reports and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, cleanroom standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in building and implementing quality systems, SOPs, and procedures.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify process deviations.
- Strong communicator with effective written and verbal skills.
- Experienced in managing quality audits and compliance initiatives.
- Adept at training staff and promoting a culture of quality.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to influence cross-functional teams.
