YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Lead the implementation of Okland’s QA/QC program for CSA across multiple commercial construction projects.
- Review and contribute to design and construction documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Conduct field inspections and testing to verify quality, code compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to resolve issues and ensure high-quality installations.
- Support commissioning activities and system turnover processes.
- Assist in the investigation and analysis of existing building systems and site conditions when needed.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
- 7 years of experience in CSA construction, quality control, or commissioning roles.
- Deep knowledge of Civil, Structural, and Architectural information
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IPC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
