My client, a trailblazing nonprofit in cancer research, is seeking a Manager, Team for Cures (Endurance/CYO) to lead endurance fundraising programs, including marathon teams and DIY community events. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow endurance fundraising events (marathon teams, experiential events, CYO campaigns)
• Recruit, coach, and inspire participants and volunteers to exceed fundraising goals
• Develop strategic event plans, budgets, and timelines to maximize impact
• Secure local sponsorships and partnerships to drive revenue
• Analyze KPIs to refine strategy and ensure year-over-year growth
  
  

About You

• 2.5 years in peer-to-peer fundraising, preferably endurance sports
• Proven success driving revenue and exceeding event goals
• Skilled in volunteer engagement, sponsorship cultivation, and donor stewardship
• Tech-savvy with fundraising platforms (Classy, DonorDrive, Haku) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
