Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, develop, propose, and close deals.
- Strategically align Scientel’s smart infrastructure and technology solutions with client's business goals.
- Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers in both new and existing accounts.
- Lead the creation of tailored proposals in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Assist with the quoting and pricing strategy to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable offers.
- Maintain an active pipeline in Hubspot CRM and consistently close a minimum of $2 million in new sales annually.
- Leverage channel partnerships and reseller relationships to expand market reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales with delivery capabilities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
- Represent Scientel at industry and networking events.
- Contribute to the development of long-term customer relationships and account growth.
