Come join as a Staff Product Manager on the Commerce Platform team. You will be
instrumental in delivering global marketing, sales, commerce, billing, and payments capabilities
that millions of our customers will use to Client, purchase and use products and
services. You will own and deliver new enterprise commerce features and capabilities such as
the shopping catalog, shopping cart, checkout, and order management.
Our team's mission is to supercharge ecosystem growth world-wide by delivering
services and experiences that give our customers complete confidence in what they are paying
for, accelerate revenue growth and learning for, and scale effortlessly as business
grows. Our team provides services for all of business lines - including TurboTax,
QuickBooks, and MailChimp worldwide, across the entire customer life cycle from trial to
purchase to upgrade & cross-sell, through retention and win back and across a variety of direct
and partner channels.

The right candidate will have domain knowledge of the enterprise commerce, billing and
payments solutions and a proven track of launching products and features on the web, in mobile

Responsibilities
● Define and lead the vision and strategy for critical capabilities within the commerce
platform.
● Provide product thought leadership to identify, prioritize and solution top business
capability needs; synthesize business goals into platform capabilities and product
roadmaps.
● Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience, deep
customer empathy by leading voice of the customer sessions.
● Survey the state of the industry and technology advances to identify the next wave of
commerce innovations relevant to.
● Collaborate with multiple interdependent product development and operations teams to
drive execution towards common product goals.
● Effectively manage dependencies, priorities and plans across multiple teams and
functions across to ensure alignment to common goals.
● Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and
communicating plans, progress and success and driving continuous improvement.
● Evangelize and create broad awareness around the Commerce platform with executives
and diverse stakeholders across the company.
● Be part of the extended product management team to contribute across
technology.

Qualifications
● 5 years of product management experience building global enterprise level commerce,
billing, or payments technologies.
● Proven track record of delivering world-class enterprise software products by leading
multiple complex projects simultaneously.
● Proven ability to facilitate and drive decision-making that balances business and
technical goals.
● Demonstrated platform mindset with ability to define and execute a successful portfolio
of platform capabilities that enable diverse use cases.
● Expertise with Agile software development. Software development experience preferred.
● Skilled at cross functional collaboration; strong at influencing and negotiating.
● High energy, self-starter with a positive mindset and "can do" approach.
● Undergraduate degree required. Focus in computer science, MIS, or a related technical
preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
