The candidate must be a strong communicator, business-facing liaison, and delivery driver with an understanding of modern development practices and cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-scope outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (product owners, branch executives, business managers) and IT teams (developers, solution architects, QA).
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, translate business needs into technical deliverables, and align priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and deliver incremental value.
- Oversee project governance — including risk, issue tracking, and dependency management.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps to both technical teams and executive stakeholders (including managers, VPs, and product leaders).
- Adapt to changing project contexts (e.g., finance vs. membership initiatives) and build rapport across various divisions.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across distributed teams.
- 7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience working within Agile / Scrum frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and web technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, especially Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms (conceptual understanding sufficient).
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, business units, and technical leads simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to translate between business and technical audiences.
- Experience working with distributed or matrixed teams.
- Background as a business analyst or hybrid BA/PM is a plus.
- Prior experience with GenAI / cloud transformation initiatives desirable.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
