We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team for a 1-year engagement. This role is pivotal to developing and enhancing internal tools that support product configuration, pricing, and promotions, which are critical to client's go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, business systems expertise, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver foundational capabilities for scalable and efficient GTM execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Impact - Lead monetization initiatives in alignment with client's Big Bets and long-term goals.
Enhance platform capabilities to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) readiness by simplifying existing workflows through low-code tools and Generative AI, enabling greater speed, flexibility, and automation in execution.
Platform Development
Improve and maintain product and pricing platform functionalities such as:
Price change simplification
Product bundling innovations
Platform consolidation efforts
Identify and drive opportunities for system optimization, scalability, and innovation.
User & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct customer empathy sessions (e.g., follow-me-home) to surface pain points and define product roadmap priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams—across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to align on strategy, roadmap, and deliverables in a globally distributed working environment.
Lead product requirement reviews and secure stakeholder sign-off.
Execution & Operations Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, with a high standard for quality, usability, and business impact.
Oversee and support testing, user readiness, documentation, and training sessions.
Monitor day-to-day usage and serve as Product SME, addressing issues to unblock users and dev teams promptly.
Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a liaison between geographically distributed teams, including platform, business, and operations stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination across time zones.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 5 years in Product Management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones, maintaining strong alignment and timely execution.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated customer empathy and experience with user-centric design
Preferred Tools & Domain Experience Background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), commerce systems, or product catalog tools
Familiarity with tools such as: Figma, Jira, Google Workspace Smartsheet, Product Plan, LeanIX (or equivalents)
