This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!This position requires someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:Drive product ownership by creating, prioritizing, and testing user stories aligned with business needs, project dependencies, and strategic goals.Develop and refine user stories, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact and organizational objectives.Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans.Champion the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation for transparency and scalability.Build positive relationships with collaborators, guiding them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes that deliver measurable business value.Act as a trusted subject matter expert on business processes and systems for both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience3 years of full-time, meaningful, and relevant work experience.Experience in a pricing-focused role, with demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, analysis, and execution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolutionExcellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organizationProven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learningWorking knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook)Scrum and business change management certification a plusNice to have skills include experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence,Tableau, Salesforce.com, and automation processesPay Range: $65.00 - $70.42/hourBenefits That Matter to You: NextDeavor offers health, vision and dental benefits for contract employeesPaid sick leave eligibility is contingent on state of residenceOptional 401k Plan (excludes employer match)Ready to take the next step?
